i know all the major brand travel sites, but i'm not specific on where i want to go- it's all based on budget. is there one where you can put your travel dates, number of people traveling, and your budget range and then it shows you like 5 different vacations you can take- whether it be hawaii, branson or paris?

You might try asking around on the forums on Tripadvisor.com. There are usually some pretty knowledgable travlers on there that might be able to help you out.
