This is a charming intimate apartment in the lively Mouffetard area. Even though you must walk up 3 flights of stairs, the walk is worth it. The apartment is located in a quiet section in the back of an historic apartment building which is situated next to the Phillipe Auguste wall. There is a fireplace with wood beams over the dining area and a nice view of trees from the windows in the living room and bedroom.
There is a small kitchen, well equipped with a full sized fridge, microwave, washer, dryer, stove top with 6 burners and an under-counter oven. The kitchen is open and right off of the small, comfortable living room/dining area. The fireplace in the living room works and is great during the cold winter nights. There is a small radio/CD player in the living room. The sofa bed can sleep one person comfortably. In the bedroom there is a standard French bed which sleeps 2 people comfortably. In addition, the television with cable is in this room. There is plenty of closet and drawer space. There is also a desk by the window. The small bathroom which has a tub and shower, is off of the bedroom.

This is a pretty cool little video Gail, and it doesn’t take too long to load. Nice of you to split these up into smaller segments so it makes it easier for us to download and watch. Between the pictures on your web site, and this, it really gives a glimpse into where one will be staying when they rent one of your apartments! Can’t wait to see more!
