in a neighborhood of shops, close to Orly, metro, safe, Jan 13 thru Jan 18, under 100 euro, prefer apartment, vacation condo or private home
Didnt stay at that metro but great and cheap lodging is available in the montmare -
I loved roma sacre cour. Right above a deep metro stop. metro has an elevator for luggage (Stop name was Lamarck-Caulaincourt) easy access to the city small bakery on the corner, also small grocery and florist type shops nearby. Smallish rooms but you arent there for the room and we paid under $100 a day maybe$75 a day.
Hotel square d'anvers was ok but cramped, near the foot of the hill with sacre cour
and another one near Place de cliche was quite fine I think it had a fridge, a bit of a walk from the metro though (i'll add the name if i remember soon - yes Prima Lepic on Rue Lepic) - none had a kitchen but bread, juice and cheese keep fine on the ledge of the window where it is cool.
