IM wanting to vacation to London Paris and Rome. How far in advance should I start making arrangements?

I really am new to over seas travel and was wondering how far in advance I should start booking flights and any activities Ill be doing over seas? Also Will I need to purchase any sort of temporary visa for this trip?

Plan several months in advance. Those countries should be able to accept your US Passport as enough to get in; they’ll stamp a visa on it. Check with your airline to make sure, though, as they won’t let you get on the plane if you can’t get in the country.
